Delivery in the United Kingdom
Standard delivery is free, with no minimum order value. We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery availability and the order total are shown before payment. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Orders placed after the cut-off or on a non-working day enter processing on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you.
Dispatch and tracking
We deliver to UK customers. Orders are prepared for dispatch before being handed to the carrier. The Hong Kong address below is our business contact address, not a parcel-return address.
When tracking is available, we will send the details after dispatch. An order acknowledgement is not a dispatch confirmation. You can check the status on our Track your order page or view your order details in My account, or contact us with your order number.
Address changes and delayed deliveries
Check your address and postcode before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an order has not arrived within the estimate, email us so we can investigate. If delivery is not completed within the agreed or legally applicable period, your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us with the order details and what went wrong. Photographs can help us investigate, but are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights. We remain responsible for goods until you or a person you nominate receives them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently arrange.
