What does Orencrest sell?
Padel rackets, bags, grips and accessories. Use the photographs, measurements and included-item list to check whether a product suits your needs.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery service is for UK addresses. Standard delivery is free, with no minimum order value. See the shipping policy for destinations and timings.
How long does delivery take?
The standard estimate is 1 working day for handling plus 4–5 working days in transit. The daily cut-off is 2 pm UK local time, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 35 calendar days of delivery. UK returns use our free prepaid label and there is no restocking fee. Statutory cancellation rights and conditions for the extended period are explained in the returns policy.
When will I receive a refund?
Extended-period returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection. Statutory deadlines apply separately; the full details are in our returns policy. Your provider may need additional time to show the credit.
How do I pay?
Use one of the methods offered at checkout. All prices are in GBP and the order total is displayed before you place the order.
Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is available. Account holders can view their orders through My account.
How can I change an order or ask for help?

How can I track my order?
Use Track your order with your order number and billing email. Carrier tracking is sent after dispatch when available.
