2. Product information and prices
Read the product description, photographs, measurements and included-item list before ordering. Lifestyle props are included only where the listing expressly states that they are. Screen settings can affect how colours appear; this does not limit your rights where goods are misdescribed.
Prices are in GBP. Your order summary shows the full amount payable before you place an order. If we discover a material pricing or stock error before accepting your order, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed with corrected information or receive a refund. We will not substitute another item without your agreement.
3. Orders and acceptance
You can review and correct your bag, delivery details and total before placing an order. Guest checkout is available. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; the sale contract is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items without undue delay.
4. Delivery
Our Shipping & delivery policy explains delivery destinations, charges, handling, transit estimates and the daily cut-off. Delivery estimates do not remove your rights concerning late delivery. Goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or your nominated recipient, except where consumer law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.
5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

The extended offer does not replace or reduce your statutory rights. Faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are dealt with under applicable consumer law.

7. Liability and complaints
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Goods must meet the standards required by consumer law. For a complaint, contact us with your order reference, what happened and the outcome you are seeking.
8. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections available in your UK country of residence. This does not prevent you from bringing a consumer claim in the courts available to you under applicable law, including Scotland or Northern Ireland where relevant.
Updates apply to future orders. The terms in force when your contract was formed remain applicable to that order.
