Prices and order totals
Our store uses pounds sterling (GBP). The order summary shows the products, quantities, delivery charges and final amount payable before you place your order. Check these details before confirming payment.
Paying for an order
Choose from the payment methods offered at checkout for your order. Availability can depend on your billing country, device and payment provider. The options displayed at checkout determine which method can be used for your order.
When you choose a Stripe payment method, Stripe processes the payment information through its payment service. Do not send card numbers, security codes or account passwords to us by email or telephone.
If a payment fails
Check for an order confirmation and your payment provider’s status before making another attempt. A pending bank authorisation does not necessarily mean that an order was accepted. Contact us with your order reference if you are unsure.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without charge. See our Returns & refunds policy for the applicable time limits. The date a refund appears in your account can depend on your payment provider.
